accept most major insurance plans either in-network or out of network.
Please contact your plan to verify your coverage and benefits. Please
bring your insurance cards with you to your appointments.

Appointments:
Call (404) 350-0980 to make appointments. A physician's referral is required for all new patient appointments.
If you are unable to make your appointment, at least 24 hours notice is
appreciated so that that time may be made available to another patient.
Emergencies:
If you have an emergency, you
should always call 911. If you have a clinical question, that is not an
emergency, please call (404) 350-0980.
Additional Information:
We
apologize in advance that we are unable to open our main office until
October, and we will be working out of our satellite office in the MS
Center of Atlanta. During this period of transition, scheduling will be
done by an off-site service. The office manager or doctor will handle
other calls, but you may have to leave a message. We will return your
calls as promptly as possible.
Dr. Hord will also be working part-time on a temporary basis in
Douglasville for Comprehensive Pain Management, PC. Patients wishing to
make an appointment in Douglasville should call the Douglasville office
directly.
